Return Process

  Log into your NANUK account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.

  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Our technicians will verify the device's condition within 5 business days of arrival, after which your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
